I've been having allot of trouble getting them to answer the phone now that I live out of town other than that they have always been helpful in office
Worst license office around..Was an elderly lady in front of me who was treated very rudely..Just walked out..Needed to go to grove anyways.They have a real license office there..
They pretty much never answer the phone there, my suggestion is just go in, before 4pm, they will close early on you.
