Very kind and compassionate staff. When my cat was diagnosed with kidney and liver disease they were extremely understanding of the need to allow the kids to say goodbye to him and allowed us to take him home to give them that time. We took him back near closing time and they allowed us to stay with him right to the end. They care as much about the people as they do about the pets. As long as I am in this area, no other vet will ever see my furbabies.
Absolutely love Dr. Witte and the techs. Always caring and patient with both pets and owners. She fought very hard to save our elderly kitties when their chronic conditions became acute, and when euthanasia was the only humane choice, she and the rest of the staff were so very supportive and comforting. Will never take our new baby anywhere else.
I currently have 8 cats. I have had 6 of them in to see the vets since December 2016. I have been impressed by their care for my cats and by the fact that I was able to take in 4 of them on weekends for emergencies. One of the vets also looked at my 15 year old cat who has been losing weight for 2 years and knew to check for hyperthyroidism. Their office personal are helpful and friendly. I will be in there often in the future with the kitties for immunizations and other treatments and checkups. Thanks, Animal Clinic of Ava.
I cannot say enough about Ava Animal Clinic. They have treated several dogs of mine with such skill. And when one couldn't be saved from a gunshot wound they afforded us the ability to say goodbye with dignity. I can't thank them enough for all they have done. I tell everyone I know about them and their reasonable prices. Looking forward to their new location in Forsyth since it will be so much closer to our house. Thank-you guys!
Staff was very friendly. I took my rabbit in, and the Dr. We seen was very sweet to him and helpful in answering all of my questions. The price I was charged was incredibly fair, and lower then other places I was looking to take my rabbit. We will definitely be using this vet clinic from now on. It was worth the drive from Hartville to Ava.
