Great place for Ava, very friendly staff!!
New owners are doing everything they can to accommodate customers and make the theater a good family entertainment source. Clean, many improvements and they are constantly adding more.. they request people's opinions both good and bad and listen! An excellent establishment and much needed in Ava!
I remember the Pettit Theater when I was a kid and it was such a big treat to get to go to the movies! Now, I'm a grown up and I still get excited about going to see movies "in my hometown!!!" Thank-you Deondra Carnall Edwards and your parents for bringing this back to Ava so long ago! If it weren't for you & your family for showing current movies often and allowing our musically inclined people to offer singing & playing on Thursday nights ENTERTAINMENT IN TOWN WOULD BE A THING OF THE PAST!!! 5 Stars in my book!!!!For one of the people in the city of Ava and in Douglas County and our surrounding areas...
