Appraisal Ctr did an appraisal on my property (buyers were interested in purchasing it), the Appraisal Ctr agent Michelle, did an appraisal WITHOUT EVEN STEPPING FOOT ON THE PROPERTY (she said she was on the property BEFORE I BOUGHT IT), I bought it over 5 year earlier. She also said it was only 50 acres not the 90 acres on the sale, even though she had been told it was two properties, joined, same owner. Property has a 1.7 acre lake, I built a new road and a new house, I requested a copy of the report for comparables, hmmmmmmm never received it nor a response from Appraisal Ctr..
